To Whom These Presents shall Come:

I, Vanessa Fimbres, King's Legal Consul, by this letter, seek your help and come to you on behalf of myself and the 'Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation. A great injustice has occurred within the islands of Hawai'i and continues to occur not only to the Majesties but also to the indiginous people of the Hawaiian Islands and otherwise.

Our challenge here is to demonstrate that we can still be a nation, a sovereign government and a country where the rights of the individual, despite their race, color, and religion, remain supreme. If this be not so, then we are all lost. If this is not so, it is because we have forgotten the lessons of our histories, the history of Hawai'i as a sovereign Nation as well as the history of the American Revolution and of any country or people that have stood, sacrificed and committed their lives to defend and protect their right to be free from the bonds of servitude and to exercise their right of emergence into any other political status freely determined by a people constitutes modes of implementing the right of self-determination by that people... and in this case, by the Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation to further our dignity, prosperity and liberty.

Please allow me to lay some foundation; Majesty Akahi Nui is the 100% Royal Blue Blood Lineal Heir of the Kingdom of Hawaii a direct descendant of King Kamehameha III as documented by Honorable Lorrin Andrews; In the matter of the Estate of His Majesty Kamehameha III, Judge of

Probate - Cause Number; 2410 dated April 2, 1853. Majesty Akahi Nui is the lawful, rightful and legitimate owner of the Iolani Palace in Honolulu Hawaii and of which Majesty Akahi Nui is holder in due course of the only clear and lawful Deed and title for the last 8 years.

Majesty Akahi Nui holds the only clear and lawful Title and Deed to the Iolani Palace which was recorded out of necessity at the STATE OF HAWAII BUREAU OF CONVEYANCES on December 14, 2000 at 10:00AM and reference therein to Document No.: of 2000-176035 TAX KEY MAP No.: 2-1-25-2.

The Palace of the Royal Family is located on the Island of Oahu, inwhich Majesty Akahi Nui holds the only true and lawful clear Title and Deed not only to the Island of Oahu, but of all the Islands of Hawai'i. The Oahu Deed was recorded out of necessity at the STATE OF HAWAII BUREAU OF CONVEYANCES January 11, 2002 and holds the Document No.: of R2002005573/ R2002005574.

This Palace is rightfully the property of the 'Kingdom of Hawai'i' and is owned by and lawfully belongs to Majesty Akahi Nui and Akahi Wahine, Queen and of our Kingdom.

On August 15, 2008, Majesty Akahi Nui wished to enter the Iolani Palace along with other officers of the Kingdom including his Queen, his House of Nobles, Cabinet Members and 3 Royal Guards, with the intent to reclaim the Palace and the throne.

As King for the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation and as the 100% Royal Blue Blood Lineal Heir to the Kingdom Throne, Majesty Akahi Nui has Diplomatic Immunity and Diplomatic Standing, is inviolate and outside the jurisdiction of the STATE OF HAWAII de-facto government.

Majesty Akahi Nui as the Sovereign Authority of the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation has been arrested and handcuffed and forced against his will, along with others to leave the Palace of the Royal Family by a Foreign Jurisdiction.

The Majesties, their Cabinet Members and Royal Guards have been "informationally charged" with Burglary of a second degree and forced to appearance into a foreign venue tribunal, under threat, duress and coercion but more importantly, in violation of their/our sovereignty. All this... so-called alleged burglary, for entering their own Property.

The STATE OF HAWAII by and through several of their agents and officers are all intertwined, connected and who have all continued to impose a conspired agenda of prejudicial, malicious and wonton reckless actions in their ongoing blatant discrimination against the Majesties, his Cabinet Members and Royal Guards, federal Marshal and myself and the people the Kanaka Maoli, Hawaiian aboriginals, Hawaiian Nationals and most recent and immediately affected his Majesty's subjects and of the Kanaka Maoli people and otherwise within The Kingdom of Hawaii Nation and those who remain under the sovereign authority of King Akahi Nui of the Hawaiian Islands.

Our world, our people and the Sovereign Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation have been subjected to involuntary servitude and a regime that is only concerned in keeping the people subjugated to policies, laws and codes to extract revenue and leaving the people as mere subjects without rights and being forced under pains and penalties to recognize the STATE OF HAWAII, INC., a mere de-facto Corporation as having omnipotent power and authority over the rights and lives of the people.

His Majesty is searching for justice in a world where justice, if it exists, has become only another commodity for sale. Yet within his faith, King Akahi Nui fiercely clings to old myths, words, concepts of right and freedom and God's granted hope that gives comfort that justice will prevail.

The intertwined conspirators in this instant matter are all officers, agents and assigns of the STATE CORPORATION that calls itself THE STATE OF HAWAII (INC.). Said Agents and Assigns of the STATE have ALL taken an OATH OF OFFICE to DEFEND AND UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITED STATES and THE CONSITUTION OF THE STATE OF HAWAII, however,
ALL Conspirators are in violation of their oath of office and are blatantly violating the un-a-lien-able God given rights of the people of the Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation through their continuing conspired agenda of prejudicial, malicious, wanton reckless actions and ongoing blatant acts of discrimination.

The STATE OF HAWAII, INC. government indeed has no intent to protect the rights of the Kanaka Maoli, the Hawaiian Nationals or any of the Kingdom of Hawaii subjects who remain under and within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Hawaii, as history and present actions have shown and continue to prove.

The STATE OF HAWAII, INC., government has but one purpose, as it remains today, the disengagement of these inhabitants from society as it continues to strip them of any and all God given rights and freedoms from birth and later as stated in the Constitution for the State of Hawaii article 12 section 7; the facts of this matter are as follows; to wit:

THE STATE OF HAWAII, INC., has failed and refused to bring forward proof of their authority, jurisdiction of the matter, and personum jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the STATE has failed to prove it has a superior Title to Hawai'i Island lands and the Iolani Palace and without said proof continues its onslaught of our rights and continues it malicious miscarriage of justice as a tyrant.

These facts have been raised and given by Judicial Notice and Declaration. Each Judge of this Foreign De-facto Tribunal has been made aware of the facts and each judge has chosen to blatantly ignore the ramifications of such judicial misconduct and criminal activity.

Both the STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE and the so-called courts of the STATE OF HAWAII have failed and refused to prove jurisdiction and title in this matter and therefore committing fraud and treason against the Kingdom of Hawai'i.

Please find enclosed a DECLARATION OF FINDING OF FACTS and WRIT OF PROHIBITION as to our right, standing and capacity as written by Her Royal Highness, that you will find of interest in this matter, ... and in our time of assistance.

I, Vanessa Fimbres, King's Legal Consul, beseech that you to give assistance and aid of whatever source or form, to help us not only to right these wrongs, but help us further the freedom and self-determination of the people of the Kingdom of Hawai'i.

The following is taken from International (UN) Conference Documents, Codes, Declarations to give you a sense of the intent as it may still be found in such and any documents as to the 'rights' of the people:

A declaration [is] the fundamental bases of the codification of international law.
Every nation [State/Kingdom] has the right to exist, and to protect and to preserve its existence; but this right neither implies the right nor justifies the act of the state to protect itself or to conserve its existence by the commission of unlawful acts against innocent and unoffending states [Kingdoms].
Every nation [State/Kingdom] has the right to independence in the sense that it has a right to the pursuit of happiness and is free to develop itself without interference or control from other states, provided that in so doing it does not interfere with or violate the rights of other states.
Every nation [State/ Kingdom] is in law and before law the equal of every other nation [State/ Kingdom] belonging to the society of nation [states/ Kingdom], and all nation [states/ Kingdom] have the right to claim and according to the Declaration of Independence of the United States, "to assume, among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them."
International law is at one and the same time both national and international: national in the sense that it is the law of the land and applicable as such to the decision of all questions involving its principles; international in the sense that it is the law of the society of nations and applicable as such to all questions between and among the members of the society of nations involving its principles.
All rules of individual and collective protection, established by political and administrative law, are also of an international public order.
The rights acquired under the rules of this code shall have full extraterritorial force in the contracting states except when any of their effects or consequences is in conflict with a rule of an international public order.
As declaration it constitutes a binding agreement by the signatory nation states [States/ Kingdom].
By virtue of the principle of equal rights and self-determination of people enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, all people have the right freely to determine, without external interference, their political status and to pursue their economic, social and cultural development, and every State has the duty to respect this right in accordance with the provisions of the Charter... and bearing in mind that subjection of peoples to alien subjugation, domination and exploitation constitutes a violation of the principle, as well as a denial of fundamental human rights, and is contrary to the Charter.
The establishment of a sovereign and independent State [Kingdom], the free association or integration with an independent State or the emergence into any other political status freely
determined by a people constitute modes of implementing the right of self-determination by that people.
None of us doubt that with Divine Guidance, friendly cooperation, and hard work, we shall find an adequate answer to the problem history has put before us.
Man has learned long ago that it is impossible to live unto himself... for lasting security, men of good-will must unite and organize.
Differences between men, and between nations will always remain. In fact, it held within reasonable limits, such disagreements are actually wholesome.
We must build a new world... a far better world... one in which the eternal dignity of man is respected.
Every individual shall be entitled to security for his person, papers, and effects to the same degree as the national of the country in which he lives.
Freedom to assemble peacefully and without arms, AND TO ASSOCIATE WITH OTHERS FOR ALL LAWFUL ENDS OF LIFE.
The right to live under a system of free enterprise, free from forced labor, from irresponsible private powers, from arbitrary public authorities, and from unregulated monopolies.
