Kingdom of Hawai´i Nation

Made this the Sixteenth Day of the Eighth Month of the
Year of our Beloved Akua, One Thousand,
Nine Hundred and Ninety-Seven

Re-establishing the Kingdom

Known to all Kane and Wahine this day by King's Royal Decree, the following matters are hereby established in the Kingdom of Hawai'i;

Ancient One, Kanaka Maoli, His Majesty Akahi Nui, being 100% Kane and 100% Wahine Ali'i Royal Descent, the Sovereign whom Akua in his grace has established as lawful King upon the throne, and heir to the Crown of the Kingdom of Hawai'i does this day, hereby Decree as follows concerning matters of the Kingdom;

Now is the return of the Kanaka Maoli by Royal Decree. All Kanaka Maoli hence forth Make themselves ready to receive the blessings of Akua which I am come forth to bring to my brothers and sisters, the true children of the Islands of Hawai'i;

All injustices upon my Kanaka Maoli, I detest like the smell of sour incense before me. The suffering of old has ended, and the Ancient One comes to bring the Kingdom back to Akua. It is now, in this most auspicious of times, that by the will of Akua, I come to bring justice to the Kanaka Maoli;

Know my brothers and sisters, that I WILL RIGHT THE WRONGS, each tear shed will weigh heavy in my judgments and decrees concerning you oppressors. Your pleas for redress shall have their answer by my command;

Akua has ordained, that your King shall lead the way, join with me now, together let us march into the peace of Akua...

In furtherance; I Majesty Akahi Nui, Sovereign Ruler of the Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation of my ancestors; have surveyed my Kingdom and found much injustice upon my Kanaka Maoli for more than 104 years.

As the instrument of Akua, and the lawful ruler of the Kingdom of Hawai'i, I saith this day:

Whereas; My sovereign claim of the Sixteenth day of the Fourth month of the Year off Akua One Thousand nine Hundred and Ninety-Three, as to POSITIVE IDENTITY and VENUE, GENEALOGY and LAWFUL RIGHT to the THRONE and CROWN is without lawful challenge and ESTABLISHES with recourse, the one the true KINGDOM OF HAWAI'I NATION and the ONLY LAWFUL MONARCHY OF THE KINGDOM; (Bureau of Conveyance Doc. No. 1993-060570)

Whereas; My sovereign claim of the Sixteenth day of the Fourth month of the Year of Akua One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Three, to all ALLODIAL PATENT LANDS, is also without lawful challenge and establishes my lawful trust over ALL THE LAND of my ancestors;

Whereas; I hereby affirm this day, my SOVEREIGN CLAIM, to the MONARCHY GOVERNMENT of my ancestors and hereby establish my authority over THE ONLY LAWFUL GOVERNMENT of the KINGDOM OF HAWAI'I NATION;

Whereas; I hereby affirm this day, my SOVEREIGN CLAIM, to the ARTIFACTS and SACRED HEIAUS in the trust OF THE MONARCHY GOVERNMENT or my ancestors and hereby establish my authority over MY LAWFUL RIGHT and AUTHORITY TO DEMAND the IMMEDIATE RETURN of same TO MY CARE;

Whereas; I hereby affirm this day, my SOVEREIGN CLAIM, to the BURIAL SITES, IOLANI PALACE, the KING'S TRIALS and ALL LANDS in the trust OR THE MANARCHY GOVERNMENT of my ancestors and hereby establish my authority over MY LAWFUL RIGHT and ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY TO CONTROL the use of ALL LAND in the Hawai'i Islands;

Whereas; The JUDICIAL COURT, the MONARCHY COURT, the BUREAU OF CONVEYANCE, the ARTIFACTS and SACRED HEIAUS, the BURIAL SITES, IOLANI PALACE, the KINGS TRAILS and ALL LANDS in the trust of the MONARCHY GOVERNMENT of my ancestors is at this time under unlawful continuous military and non-military "police-state" occupation in VIOLATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW, and has been so as A LEGACY OF the treacherous men who premeditated the GENOCIDE of my Kanaka Maoli and engineered the THEFT AND RAPE OF MY LAND more than a century ago;

Whereas; Current agents of the unlawful "police-state" oppressing my Kanaka Maoli and destroying my land have failed to willingly relinquish control and/or operation of the JUDICIAL COURT, the MONARCHY COURT, the BUREAU OF CONVEYANCE, the ARTIFACTS and SACRED HEIAUS, the BURIAL SITES. IOLANI PALACE, the KINGS TRAILS, the LANDS or any other agencies of the former MONARCHY GOVERNMENT TO my lawful authority;

Whereas; Since the days of my ancestors, the BUREAU OF CONVEYANCE of the MONARCHY GOVERNMENT, has been the lawful depository where public notice of facts may by recorded for all to see.

Under duress of lawful option, I have filed countless documents in the BUREAU OF CONVEYANCE (operated under unlawful continuous military and non-military "police-state" occupation) lawfully restoring the foundations of my Kingdom such that even the laws of the oppressor will condemn them for any attempt to interfere with my lawful claim to the Throne and my right place as Sovereign Ruler of the Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation, owing neither my fruits nor my labor, but to the One Great Akua, hereby declare;

Now Therefore; In order that I may restore efficient administration of my Kingdom, and provide for reliable, accurate and accessible public information, I Majesty Akahi Nui, Sovereign Ruler of the Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation, owing neither my fruits nor my labor, but to the One Great Akua, hereby declare;

a That hereafter, all records filed in MY LAWFUL BUREAU OF CONVEYANCE shall be MAITAINED UNDER the FULL AUTHORITY OF the MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR. who shall report on the operation of the bureau of Conveyance directly to King of the Kingdom semi-annually or whenever called to do so;

b The Minister of the Interior, shall insure that the public has easy, convenient ACCESS TO ALL RECORDS FILED in my BUREAU OF CONVEYANCE.

1 Said access shall be made available by request at little or no cost to Kanaka Maoli on the islands of 'Oahu and Maui.

2 (a)    The Ministry of the Interior shall on the First day of the Second month of each year of Akua, cause to be distributed a Special Public Notice Flyer to the registered mail delivery location of each Subject of the Kingdom, stating the current Internet addresses that display the records of the Kingdom Bureau of Conveyance;

2 (b)    The Ministry of the Interior shall also make copies of such Public Notice Flyer available to any party upon request to the Bureau of Conveyance, together with payment of any associated printing or transmission cost it any;

c I hereby affirm all previous declarations, decrees, claims and other such documents concerning the reclamation and administration of my Kingdom, filed by myself with the Bureau of Conveyance, as operated under the unlawful control of the said "police-state" agents. However, all such papers shall be subject to amendment, repeal or replacement, as noticed in my Bureau of Conveyance, in accordance with sections A and B hereof;

d Hereafter in order that they may be effective and lawful, all "laws and rules of the Kingdom" shall be filed and made a record in my lawful Bureau of Conveyance, in accordance herewith;

e All subjects of my Kingdom, all fictitious entities operating either within my Kingdom of operating "in contract" with any Subject or fictitious entity authorized by the Kingdom Ministry of Finance, shall be lawfully bound by all records, which have been lawfully filed with my Bureau of Conveyance in accordance with the reasonable procedures of operation as established from time-to-time by the Ministry of Interior, unless any such record be lawfully and successfully challenged;

f All affidavits made by any Subjects of my Kingdom and any affidavit of any party either in support of, or in challenge to any Subject of my Kingdom or any authorized fictitious entity, shall be filed in my Bureau of Conveyance of such affidavit shall have no effect within my Kingdom. Further, the penalty for the filing any affidavit lawfully proven to be filed with the knowledge that it contained false information, shall be considered and punished as treason against the Kingdom;

g All documents concerning land use within my Kingdom shall be filed in my Bureau of Conveyance or such document shall have no effect within my Kingdom whatsoever. Further, the penalty for the filing any documents concerning land use within my Kingdom, lawfully proven to be filed with the knowledge that it contained false information, shall be considered and punished as treason against the Kingdom;

h All contracts between any party and a Subject of my Kingdom or any fictitious entity authorized by the Ministry of Finance, shall be filed in my Bureau of Conveyance or such contract shall have no effect within my Kingdom whatsoever;

i All papers before any court in my Kingdom, shall be filed in my Bureau of Conveyance;

j Any affidavit, land use document, contract or court papers filed in my Bureau or Conveyance may be classified for restricted access by request of any party thereto. When such request has been made, the director of the Bureau of Conveyance shall restrict access to parties making a request for access in accordance with reasonable procedures of operation established by the Minister of the Interior.

a Such procedures shall provide that;

I. all parties to such record be informed by the requester via certified delivery of the notice of said request, and the purpose of such request;

II. each party to such record shall be allowed twenty (20) days from receipt of such notice to file a request for "Stop Order" from the Minister of the Interior;

III. the Minister of the Interior shall determine all requests for "Stop Orders" with respect to the privacy of Subjects of the Kingdom and authorized entities, in contrast to any moral obligation resulting from the intent of the subject record. In all determinations. privacy and timeliness shall be of greatest concern;

b However, such special request shall not be denied, nor can it be delayed beyond thirty (30) days from the receipt of notice to each party in accordance with the foregoing, except;

I. the King may direct that any record shall be restricted to release only upon "Special Order" of the Throne;

II. the Ministry of Justice may order that any record shall require "Special Order" of the Chief Justice;

III. a timely request for "Stop Order" has been filed in accordance herewith;

further said not the King; I Majesty Akahi Nui, in the Presence of the One Great Akua, subscribed. sealed and affirmed this Decree this the Sixteenth day of the Eighth month of the Year of Akua, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Seven.
