IT IS HEREIN DIECREED AND DECLARED that the indigenous native people (Kanaka Molie) and others having the right of self-determination and self governance, for reference, as taken from International (UN) Conference Documents, Codes, Declarations, by voluntary consent and agreement, by virtue of the principle of equal rights and self-determination of people enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, all people have the right freely to determine, without external interference, their political status and to pursue their economic, social and cultural development, and every State has the duty to respect this right in accordance with the provisions of the Charter ... and bearing in mind that the subjection of Man or peoples to alien subjugation, domination and exploitation constitutes a violation of those principles, as well as a denial of fundamental human rights, civil rights, and is contrary to the RIGHTS OF MANand the intent of said Charter.

THEREFORE; ALL indigenous native people (Kanaka Molie) and others having the right of selfdetermination and self governance living upon the HAWAIIAN ISLANDS are herein declared to be expatriated from the de-facto 14th Amendment jurisdiction of the United States, Inc. government AKA the U.S. Federal government and any other totalitarian government and are herein repatriated by ROYAL DECREE to and into the SOVEREIGN KINGDOM OF HAWAI'I as' a matter of Right and under necessity.
