I understand you and your office, DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, would like to process a "Warrant" on His Majesty Akahi Nui.

Due to your conspired intentions and actions, as appointed consul for His Majesty Akahi Nui, it is my duty to bring certain facts to your attention concerning his standing and capacity and the legal and commercial liabilities you may incur while executing your planned measures.

The individual you wish to arrest and have named on your Information Warrant is of Diplomatic and Royal standing and is not a US Citizen. If in fact you choose to ignore these details and this Notice of information and ultimately decide to execute said Warrant and cause an unlawful arrest, said deliberate action will be out of negligence and beyond your scope of authority.

Your Office and Agents thereof have failed to respond to any of our inquiries including but not limited to bill of particulars, non rebuttal to affidavits and otherwise concerning your/their standing and authority; you and your office have still failed to bring forth evidence for proof of jurisdiction; you and your office have failed and neglected to bring forth evidence or proof of ownership of the Iolani Palace and yet continue to proceed in your miscarriage of justice.

Majesty Akahi Nui does not consent to being sued, does not consent to be charged or taken against his will by unlawful arrest and objects to your unproven authority and foreign jurisdiction.

As a Secured Party Creditor, on behalf of His Majesty Akahi Nui, I must Accept your Warrant (offer) for Value and do consent to allowing you and your office to use my exemption, one time, to discharge the commercial offer/Warrant for Majesty Akahi Nui.
