This interest arises from certain obligations, services, assignments, offset(s), lien(s) and mutual agreements between the parties hereto, which liabilities and interests are ongoing, including but limited to ancestral dominion and home-land of Kanaka Maoli/Hawaiian peoples which Island(s)/land(s)have never been sold, traded, or otherwise lawfully surrendered.
