Rev.12/13/04
August 8, 2000 Haiku, Maui
His Majesty, Akahi Nui, said that he would offer amnesty to those who'd bought the stolen land in Hawaii, if they'd return it immediately to the "Kingdom Trust" and in exchange he'd allow them to continue to live there, and to be able to pass along the right to live there to their children, and their children's children. For the complete terms and details e-mail us at: hrm [at] hrmakahinui.com Turning it over to the Kingdom Trust takes it out of the State of Hawaii Tax base.
He also said, that this would be a limited offer, and once the US had relinquished it's hold on Hawaiian lands, this offer would not be valid.

Once it is apparent that the US is about to relinquish it's hold on Hawaiian lands, this offer will no longer be offered.
Dec. 2004
Majesty still offers amnesty but now the offer could be recinded any day as He has clear title to all the Hawaiian soil (Do search in the Defacto State Bureau of Conveyances under "Nui, Akahi" or look at link) The soil of Hawaii will not be a protection against the, soon to fall, U.S. dollar.
