The following Public Notice regarding commercial claim UCC-1 Financing Statement # 2007-287-2418-3 was first published for public review on November 8th, 2007. It establishes the King and Queen of the Kingdom of Hawaii's superior security interest over all lands, including all commercial and other activity related to land in Hawaii proper. Having fulfilled all necessary schedules for rebuttal or counter-claim, the Kingdom interest remains uncontested. As such, it establishes without a doubt the fact that the Kingdom now has ownership and possession of its lands, transferring control of all Hawaii land over to them. The Royal Patent "Island" Deeds that are cited successfully transferred all land out of State of Hawaii/United States jurisdiction, and back into Kingdom of Hawaii jurisdiction and law in January of 2002. This confirmed allodial-ownership status of Kingdom title to its own lands, yet did not transfer control and possession of same. A significant consideration regarding this (UCC) claim is that it transfers the control and possession of those lands, effectively voiding all current commercial (State of Hawaii/United States) land title. That does not bode well for the U.S. real estate/developer community who continued defrauding innocent investors by selling lands that were not theirs to sell, even after countless warnings by the Kingdom of Hawaii to cease and desist since 1992.
PUBLIC NOTICETO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; take notice that Majesty Akahi Nui, King of the Hawaiian Islands and Akahi Wahine, Queen, in their private capacity as secured party/creditor herein gives Public Notice throughout the Kingdom of Hawaii constituting all the Islands thereof, That; the King and Queen being in possession of ALL Original Land Titles, Royal Patent Deed(s), and other Deeds in the possession of the same or as recorded of the Islands, lands, lots or otherwise, constituting the Droit-Droit, with all interest and lawful rights therein, have been accepted for value, is exempt from levy and is registered in the Commercial Chamber and the Majesties have established a superior security interest and lien in the same at (or in excess) of $100,000,000,000,000.00 (One Hundred Trillion Dollars) supported by estimated account/inventory record, thereupon and therewith; Royal Land Patent Declaration of Confirmation No. 1031 belonging to the island of Oahu, and Royal Land Patent Declaration of Confirmation No. 1028 belonging to the Islands of Maui, Kahoolawe, Molokai, and Lanai, and Royal Land Patent and Declaration of Confirmation No. 1030 belonging to the Island of Hawaii, and Royal Land Patent and Declaration of Confirmation No. 1029 belonging to the Island of Kauai and Niihau as more fully set out and describe in UCC-1 Financing Statement # 2007-287-2418-3. ALL Allodial Land Titles, reserved to the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation Ministry Trust; Majesty Akahi Nui and Akahi Wahine. Any past or current recording of any associated Land title(s), deed(s) or otherwise into or with the STATE OF HAWAII BUREAU OF CONVEYANCES does not surrender lawful allodial ownership of such property/land, etc.
