All Hawaiian Royal Land Patent Deeds

Registered with the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances [01-11-2002]. Somebody in their office listed Majesty's last name as Nui instead of Akahi Nui. Should you care to look these up, you'll find that
no land can be bought or sold in Hawaii, without Majesty Akahi Nui's signature.   It should also be noted that when the Bureau saw what was on these deeds they sent them on to the Office of the Attorney General of the (defacto) State of Hawaii, who declared them legal. The State is well aware that no land sale in Hawaii is legal and yet chooses to do nothing about it.

From Black's Law Dictionary 6th edition:

ALLODIAL - "Free; not beholden of any lord or superior; owned without obligation...; the opposite of feudal." Barker v. Dayton 28 Wis. 384; Wallace v. Harmstad, 44 Pa. 499.

ALLODIUM - "Land held absolutely in one's own right, and not of any lord or superior; land not subject to feudal duties or burdens (property taxes and municipal codes). An estate held by absolute ownership without recognizing any superior to whom any duty is due on account thereof." 1 Wash, Real Property 16., 9 Cow. (N.Y.) 511, 18 Am. Dec. 516

Since then there's been another National election and one of the visiting Secret Service men took his Majesty aside and told him in no uncertain terms, Bush does NOT want to be the president that loses the 50th Star. I wish I'd been there, 'cause my response would have been why not give it to DC, they actually want to be a State in the Union.
