OF MAJESTY AKAHI NUI
KING OF THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS

AFFIDAVIT IT OF FACT

In the Kingdom of Hawaii, county of Maui, I, Majesty Akahi Nui, being duly sworn, deposes and declares that I am 100% Blue Blood Lineal Heir of The Kingdom of Hawaii Nation and that I have first-hand knowledge of the following facts and is as follows:

I, Majesty Akahi Nui, am a Direct Descendent of King Kamehameha III and have Lawful Right as the 100% Lineal heir, to be in full control and Rein as the Sovereign King over all of the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation; every acre of said soil, land and property on and within these Hawaiian Islands including but not limited to the Iolani Palace;

I, Majesty Akahi Nui, am the Holder in Due Course and Holder of the only Clear Title and Deed to the property described in the collateral of Financing Statement No(s).: 2007-287-2418-3, 2007-192182 wherein establishing a Superior Security Interest and lien on the property including but not limited to the Iolani Palace which is secured within Financing Statement 2008-059-1383-7, recorded out of necessity with the STATE OF HAWAII Bureau of Conveyances Doc. No.: R2008-035834/ R2008-035833, which includes but is not limited to all the reining authority, regalia, royal prerogative, privileges, rights and any and all royal characteristics pertaining to sovereign authority including the Royal Throne kept at the Iolani Palace and or the Bishop Museum in Honolulu, Hawaii;

I, Majesty Akahi Nui, declare and state that on August 15, 2008, there was no criminal action nor intentions to knowingly cause or commit damage, injury, or destruction, held or caused by myself nor my cabinet members when entering and occupying the Iolani Palace; the Iolani Palace in Honolulu Hawaii is Reserved and Held In Trust by the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation Ministry Trust;

I, Majesty Akahi Nui, declare and state that I have never had the intention to "chain" myself, nor have others, chain my body to the Throne kept at the Iolani Palace in Honolulu Hawaii; said Throne is secured in Financing Statements 2008-035834 and 2008-035833;

I, Majesty Akahi Nui, declare and state that the there has never been, now or ever, which includes six months prior to August 15, 2009, a plan from myself nor my cabinet members, "to take over" the Iolani Palace any comments or statements of same are hearsay, misinterpreted and non-factual evidence; The Iolani Palace is secured, reserved, held and described in the Royal Land Patent Deed recorded out of necessity at the STATE OF HAWAII BUREAU OF CONVEYANCES DOC. NO.: R2000-176035/ TMK 2-1-25-2, recorded December 14, 2000 at 10:00AM;

I, Majest Akahi Nui, am the Holder in Due Course in all matters stated above; Holder of the only Clear and Lawful Title to the property known as the Iolani Palace and as such gave and have given my permission and consent as the only Lawful Owner of said property, to my cabinet members and others to occupy and enter said property known as the Iolani Palace on August 15, 2009.

Furthermore, Affiant sayeth not.
